Horrible! Terrible customer service, cannot get through to anyone by phone and mailbox is full!? Utterly useless! Furthermore they lock you in for a full year without making that clear, it’s a total scam! Absolutely worst experience. Don’t bother!
This is a company that claims to have thousands of dentists and doctors involved with their plan. The reality is that there is only one dentist that is involved with Doctors Network: Pooria Shahine. Who owns the Doctors Network LLC? Pooria Shahine. There is only one dentist that accepts this plan: the doctor that owns the plan. It’s a fraudulent scam...I have filed complaints with the NY AG and Dental Board about this.
I called on of the dentists on your website before starting my subscription, and they say that they don’t work with you at all. The prices listed on this site are their normal prices. Please explain?? Good thing I checked first before wasting my money on a subscription
