First of all what scam of the office they’re operating. You come in with a referral but get charged $300 just to see the doctor. You’re also told to pay cash or through zelle which is very suspicious. The first establishment I have ever been to that tells me to pay cash for a service. It doesn’t matter what time your appointment is, just bring a book because you’re going to finish it that day. Wait time is five hours minimum. The woman (Dilenia) at the front desk is very unprofessional and unfriendly. It’s told to make an appointment but it’s really first come, first serve. My grandmother had an appointment at 9am and it hit 2pm and we were still waiting there. Almost every other elder was waiting there for literally more than 4-5 hours.... The doctor didn’t come in till 11am. The doctor nor the ladies that works at this clinic never informed us she was running late. Not only was she late, but also backed up on clients..
