Customer service has been lost. My and I showed up because you need no appointment. Filled out 2 separate small sheets at window. One for me and 1 for my wife. Charged $25 copay a peace. Mind you, no one else was in waiting room (10:05am). Finally get called back. I said I want my wife to go first because it's gonna take longer. Girl said, no no both can come. I was thinking ok fine. I went to Doctors med care with a medical need over the weekend they took care of my medical need they were very professional the nurses front desk and Doctor they were courteous thorough kind and caring and when I left I was very satisfied with their care I would recommend them highly J.Sharp
Got us in quickly. Very friendly and seem to be very efficient.
I went in for a serious problem and the doctor didn’t even look at me. They prescribed a medication that they had no idea if it would actually work and sent me on my way. I had to come back two days later for them to meet me at the door to the back issue another prescription for a problem they never even looked at to a pharmacy that was closed. And told me to go back to work. I’m now in another doctors office having to get surgery because they misdiagnosed me.
