I been a patient for going on 5 years I had a new dr every year they had me on over 35 medication that has put me in stage 3 kidney failure don’t even try to call or email they never get back in touch the medication that needs prior authorization never gets done then I have to pay cash and they are no longer seeing in home patients and gave me one month to find a doctor not to mention my dr quit and for 6 months I never was seen
