Terrible place
The individuals who visit my parents in their Assisted Living facility seem very nice and competent. But the folks who answer the phone - well it is about a 50/50 chance whether you will reach someone who is good or someone who seems like they are not listening at all - totally distracted and not interested in answering your question.
This organization deserves more than I can express in words!! My prognosis has improved significantly since discovering this organization, referred by my nurse advocate at my insurance company. If you can remember how personalized healthcare used to be.. this is it. Life changing!
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. I was fine with them for my 96 year mom... and then suddenly my account was inactivated and there was no response to emails. Also, when called numerous times told they no longer served the location.... never received any notification.... and made 8 phone calls, left messages, etc.... management never returned calls! Now we are trying to get her medications!!!! Cant even get records!!!! I owe no money and have been given no reason from dropping my mom!!! This is disgraceful!!!!
My mom received excellent care from 3 providers at DMHC from the time she moved into an independent living facility until she passed away. Heather, Cherie, and Jessica were all very different personalities yet they all provided excellent care. They were able and kept the lines of communication open.
