ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AT THIS PRACTICE! My partner came in with worrying health concerns and as soon as he walked in, he was treated poorly and aggressively by the doctor for no apparent reason. I sent my partner here because this place had good reviews and I wanted him to be treated well. Couldn't be further than the truth. Do NOT let these reviews fool you. We are very upset and disgusted at this clinic.

Receptionist are always friendly, professional and caring. Doctor Gallage is professional and caring and thorough. I appreciate all the staff and feel comfortable whenever I have appointments
I’ve been attending Qualitas Medical Centre Springwood for the past 1.5 years and it’s a beautiful practice with such lovely staff. The reception team are consistently polite and helpful, and today Dr Latif and the nurse showed genuine care and compassion when treating my daughter who was unwell. I really appreciate the warm and professional service here and would highly recommend this practice.
