Staff were so friendly. And the medical centre was so clean.
I missed my appointment accidentally. I call today thinking it was today checking my appointment time and found out. I had missed it instead of charging me a fee they have refused to see me which has put me through severe stress and caused me physical health problems. I am so disappointed as I have been attending this practice for over 10 years. Please, if you’re a decent person change doctors
