What a terrible waste of time! Office staff changed appt time and hour early only to have us sit in the office until after our scheduled appt time. The consultation wasn’t to assess my son either, it was to tell us that $3,000 was due up front because office staff had previously decided our insurance company no longer existed. Rude, inconsiderate and incompetent. Don’t waste your time here.
