Their website clearly states that walk-ins are welcome appointments are not necessary but when you arrive the opposite of the case the staff is very uncaring unprofessional certainly not customer oriented. They refused to see my daughter who had been fasting all morning with an order from her doctor to get labs drawn. Go to LabCorp instead much better. walkins are welcome there and they are much nicer.
