Brought my mother n law with a broken femur to have her blood drawn. Only one lab tech at this lab and no other office help. Very disappointed, this place is very unorganized. And then the tech took other patients ahead of us that arrived after us. One tech and 8 patients waiting. No one is waiting outside to check temperatures. Patients are walking in left and right possibly exposing other patients. This is not the fault of the one tech working alone. This is a management issue!
