I am incredibly disappointed by the standard of customer service provided by the reception staff at Doctors at Kawana. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident—it has been a consistent experience every time I have contacted the clinic, both over the phone and in person. Worst doctor clinic ever, staff at the front are so rude and talk to u terrible
I highly recommend this medical centre, I am so grateful to Dr Bird and the receptionists Phoebe and Theresa and the other receptionists who together have helped me to manage my complicated and excruciating illness, I have had to ring so many times for so many emergencies some of them quite serious and some of them for the sudden need for some kind medical attention, they are always very kind and make sure that my needs are attended to as quickly as possible. My review is for Dr Melinda bird she listen and cares for her patients so much. Makes me feel so safe and that really cares.
Some of the receptionists in this practice are rude and have no compassion or manners. This is now twice where my friend has had to see a doctor they cancel the appointment and can't accommodate for another appointment. He has asthma and over the last couple of days has had to take both puffers to be able to breathe properly and he has a very chesty cough.
