Her body language and expressions made us feel unwelcome—she looked at my child as if he were a burden, which was deeply upsetting. Very happy with this medical center.. i had an iron infusion done with very smooth booking process.. Dr hamzeh is the best gp ever!!!!
First time visiting this surgery. Was greeted by the most pleasant receptionist that I've ever met. The two young ladies at the desk were extremely helpful and even managed to resolve a booking issue that was not their fault. It's great to see people performing their roles professionally and with a smile on their face. Well done girls.
You will not find a better GP than Dr Shimaa. She is attentive, kind and always goes above and beyond to make you feel heard and looked after. The reception staff and nurses make an effort to know their patients by name and are welcoming and caring. Easy to book through the HotDoc app and see wait times and the location of the practice close to MiScan makes it really convenient. I won’t go anywhere else for me and my children.
