Kind Reception staff and Dr SHARMA is the most caring profession in his role. Down to earth and always willing to listen and provide the right advice.
They call you at 5:01 which is just one minute after they closing time they don’t let The full phone call ring out when you miss it after the two rings that they leave you can’t contact them again because they’ve called you outside of their office hours so you can’t get through the switchboard. The telehealth appointment system is a joke and when you don’t pick up, you still have to pay for the appointment even though they called you outside of your appointment time and after their office is closed
The doctors are good and the nurse is always so great with my kids
