A actually it was a 4+. My care was top notch!!! But when entering the ER at 11:30pm, there was no one not staff or another patient in the waiting area. It was eerie and scary. Thankfully my emergency was not a life or death emergency. Once they became aware of my presence, the care was excellent.
Excellent job. Fastest experience i have ever had in an ER. Was done with triage, testing, results within an hour. Outstanding!
