Me & my kids arrived to be seen & they don’t check you at all just did vitals & a doctor came in & talked to us & told us what she think is wrong & discharge us
Pre Op Took blood a week to early and had to do again on day of operation. The nurse couldn’t find a vain and had someone else do it and was even worse. The machine that moves blood in your legs kept beeping, nurse came in and shut it off. I have blood clotting issues and shouldn’t have been shut off. I could go on with many more problems. It was the worst hospital I have ever been in.
Intake, Surgery center, Anesthesiology, Dr. Thomas were all great
Amazing from start to finish! Pre-Op nurse was great explained in detail what to do and not to do… Check in the day of surgery was quick and painless… The waiting between check in and actual surgery was amazing all the staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! Woke up in recovery to friendly caring staff they escorted me to my room and could not ask for a better experience from housekeeping, nurses, Dr, food, etc! This hospital is definitely dialed in imo!
