All nurses were terrific and cheerful even at 6 am in the morning. OP room: nurses had to ask doctor twice what medication to use; leads constantly shifting and being newly installed; oxygen askew in nose; asked a few time for towels for leg to be propped up (bad hip); IV not connected properly as it was bend and the given medication not going through but going into the tissue not vein; new IV installed in other arm and I finally got sedated after feeling every prick of the needle around the chest beforehand. Dr. Sabry A. Omar is an exceptional cardiologist -calm, skilled, and reassuring. The enter team in the cath lab and OR was amazing: professional, kind, and attentive, making me feel completely safe and truly cared for. I am so grateful for the excellent care I received and wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sabry A. Omar and his wonderful team.

I have left 2 messages for the manager of the ER dept to call me back and no one has returned my call. I had a horrible experience Feb. 10, 2026 The front desk lady was not polite, warm or friendly whatsoever. She did not greet anyone that walked up to her counter. She openly spoke rudely about patients to her coworker. She referred to a patient as "entitled" because she asked for help getting into her car from her wheelchair.
