I was told to arrive at noon on 11/24/25. I arrived on time and was sent to the surgery prep wing. I was processed in by 12:30 PM. I was in this room for the next 3.5 hours before I moved to surgery. I asked what was the delay and was told that the person in front of me was delayed 1 hour. I asked what was the delay and never got an answer. I had 1.5 hours where no one even came into to the room. I think it is wrong to have anyone wait 3.5 hours with no answer as to the cause of the delay or when I would be taken into surger... read more

I was scheduled for a heart catheterization, and I received the best care from the compassionate care team of Chris, Taylor, and Heather. Their friendly and caring demeanor made me feel at ease. The Cath Lab staff was exceptional, and Christopher,the Director, Fabian, and Jen, were incredibly kind and attentive to my comfort and well-being. Knowing that I was in good hands was incredibly comforting. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff is great! They listen to your concerns and are very accommodating. Chris and Heather in Cathlab wonderful! They went above and beyond when I had transportation problems. Just a great experience. Many Thanks to them.
