While I had extreme issues with the on line process I had to use to receive and provide information to set up my visit, everything else was most pleasing. The people (every one of them) were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I chose Doctors Hospital because I had been treated well there previously and I was not disappointed this time. OMG! They were the best! Even though my contracted medical provider totally dropped the ball, Doctors got it straightened out, and they were able to take care of my procedure! I felt very safe, and valued as a patient. Thank you so much!
