This was the 3rd clinic I visited for the same reason and each visit they came up with some error to make me wait and wait this time I did lose my patience because they keep wasting my time on their errors!!! I had just gone yesterday to the one on dove and waited 3 hrs because first I had to wait to fix the referral for like the millionth time then wait to be seen and yes I left cuz my 1 yr old was in the car with his father fussy already!!! Soo much wasted time for nothing!
Came in at 2:10 pm for a 3:00 pm appt. They gave us a number and said they would call us up to register. For 20 minutes they made phone calls and registered 2 people. There is 4 people doing the work. They called us up to register. It took 5 minutes to register. They said it would be soon since she was next. Finally took her back at 2:55 pm. She got done with her mammogram at 3:10 pm. Always allow an hour to get everything done before your appt.
They were very professional, friendly and helpful. I was not kept waiting because they over booked or a million other reasons medical practices are always an hour or more behind! Not only were they punctual and proficient, they understand the meaning of customer service! I HIGHLY recommend and will definitely use this imaging service whenever I have imaging needs!
