I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. It’s clearly understaffed, which made the entire visit frustrating from start to finish. The check-in process took far too long, and checking out was just as bad. It didn’t seem like anything was prepared ahead of time, even though I had an appointment scheduled. The navigator came across as visibly upset and unapproachable, like they didn’t want to be there, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
