This has to be one of the worse insurance company around. In three different occasions I’ve had to call their customer service department to discuss issues for my mother, my father and my husband. There is no sense of professionalism with this company, the representatives are rude and Condescending. The amount of time it takes them to complete a prior authorization is unacceptable, paperwork gets lost. I've only been with them for months and I'm regretting every day my decision. customer services is limited. many other customer service agent struggle to comprehend or speak English. there is one person named Jenny that rules the whole company for some reason I can't seem to get past her to get a supervisor. GET informed go anywhere but this even if you have to pay a few dollars a month-
