Their staff needs Customer Service training, they are awful! Their transportation will take an elderly patient w disabilities in rides of 2 hrs to fit their schedule. The staff is untrained about the intricacies of the plan. Supervisor of Transportation has no manners, speaks to the elderly in threatening tone. The staff seems to have forgotten that we/Medicare pay to THEIR service. I have found only 1 person that speaks fluent English, all their correspondence is in Spanish. Ms. Nancy Espinosa has always been readily available for helping me with my Mother, Raquel Marrero. Even though Nancy isn't my Mom's direct representative, as my personal friend, she's always answered any questions that I've had regarding coverage for my Mom. When I've had any available circumstance, it's always been easier to just call Nancy, at any time, for a correct answer.
