When you call Doctors Health Care Plans - Med Care Staff and they decide to answer your phone call , Staff 1st tell as you all calls are being recorded for Customer Training Services. Doctors Health Plan - Med Care Rep then asks you same questions with negative results ! Need to start from the Get Go again , and ,again , and again. Unprofessional conduct towards so their so called Valued Customers ! During call they will also hang hang up on customer and you have to call and start all over again - negative results. Very happy with our plan consistently gor several years. Great service! Suggestion to save cost: plan to buy the CPAP Machines instead of paying $320/mo for over 3 yrs. Big savings! Paying for the machine several times over. Just. Pay for the supplies, Hope you will consider this
Their staff needs Customer Service training, they are awful! Their transportation will take an elderly patient w disabilities in rides of 2 hrs to fit their schedule. The staff is untrained about the intricacies of the plan. Supervisor of Transportation has no manners, speaks to the elderly in threatening tone. The staff seems to have forgotten that we/Medicare pay to THEIR service. I have found only 1 person that speaks fluent English, all their correspondence is in Spanish.
