The secretaries are awful. They don't either answer the phone or when they do, they put you on hold. So long you hang up, I've tried to make several appointments which I could not get through. So I have given up on making appointments there and I am looking for AI doctor I was pleased with the service when I was able to get through but as of lately and it is July. Youre better going to anywhere else. Im currently sitting in waiting room 20min past my appointment time. There are 2 other individuals who have been here 1+ hours after there apppointment time. Theres only one person currently only 1 person at the front handling multiple people coming in. **for husky insurance** ITEMS ARE NOW NOT COVERED. Terrible customer service. You have an appointment and they demand you arrive 15 minutes early, but they make you wait an hour to serve you.
