Excellent in every way... thank you
We had a very disappointing experience with this company this year. In previous years, our family had an exceptional experience, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, the past visit was completely different. There was poor communication regarding billing amounts, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude on several occasions - in person and on the phone, and the confirmed appointment time for our children’s eye exams was changed from what we originally booked. I used to live in Wetaskiwin and come to this place for my eye exams, new glasses and adjustments. I moved away and still drive an hour to come here because the service is so phenomenal. The receptionists, eye doctor and optometric assistants are all so friendly and knowledgeable. The optometric assistants that adjust your glasses are so personable, kind and take the time to get to know you while they do their work. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Great small town feel!!!!
What wonderful service.. I never in my 57 years had such a thorough eye exam. And then shown by each and every person how welcome I was. They made me feel very comfortable and helped with all my questions, even helped pick me a beautiful pair of glasses that suit me. Thank you all again and I hope to see you soon. 🤓 Pamela gullion
It’s always an excellent experience. My 4 year old daughter goes there regularly. Everyone is very kind and patient. Doctor Whitehead is an amazing doctor.
