From the warm, caring staff at the reception desk, to the assistant right through to Dr. Whitehead, the staff are friendly, thorough. Great examination and over all experience is 10 out of 10!

Zero stars. I would not recommend this office for the following reasons: I spent over 30 minutes in the office trying on glasses before anyone even acknowledged or greeted me. When I finally received assistance, there were issues with my insurance, and staff repeatedly insisted it was my responsibility to resolve — offering little to no help on their end.
