I was experiencing floaters & Doctors EyeCare was able to get me in to see an optometrist on the same day. The front end staff are very friendly & accommodating. Dr. Carley was very personable & professional. He did all the necessary testing & explained everything to me, also noting to call back if anything changes. It was a great experience overall.
We have been on the journey of glasses with our son since he was just 9 months old, and honestly, every place we worked with before was such a headache, especially when it came to navigating AISH. I visited last week (Aug 6?). I asked for her name, and I forgot again. Sorry. The lady that was wearing nice black high heels, and olive green top helped us changed the nose pads for our glasses for free. Thank you.
Staff here are amazing ! And the warrenty coverage is outstanding. And a special thank you to Chris for catching a prescription error once my lenses were correctly done life os a whole lot clearer and brighter ! Customer of 4 years and will continue to be.
