Both my husband and myself saw Dr. Chow for our eye exams and found him to be very professional. The other two ladies who conducted our tests were also very pleasant as were the ladies at the front desk. We were both very satisfied with this office and are making it our go-to for future eye exams.

I have been dealing with Skaha FYI Doctors for many years and would go nowhere else. They are always courtious, caring and efficient. I had nearly destroyed my glasses (or so I thought) so went to have them realigned. They took me in pretty much as soon as I walked in the door and within no time, had my glasses repaired. They are a great group. I have only kudos and good words for the staff, from the receptionists to the Drs. and all in between.

I had a wonderful experience at FYidoctors Roundhouse right from the eye exam to frame selection and fitting. With such a large selection of frames the task of finding the perfect pair was daunting but Antonella was excellent at zeroing in on what frames might suit me best. She conducted thorough measurements and left me feeling confident in my choice. Shortly thereafter I was surprised at how fast the frames were ready for pick-up. I had to have my glasses replaced 4 years ago. I went the FYI Ladysmith BC location. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from them. The care I received was above and beyond customer service. The optometrist was friendly and caring. The office personnel (Natasha) was great when she helped me choose both sets. She fitted me and adjusted them when they were ready for pick up.
