Nice little facility tucked away in a business park with plenty of nearby parking. Courteous and professional staff. Everything ran on time like a well oiled machine. Dr Gill was efficient, polite, and explained everything. Great job to all the staff here. Thank you!
After going to Costco optical for an exam in September I’ve been waiting till I had benefits as Costco was awful. This company gave me a whole new hope when it comes to my eyes, they explained to me why I had issues at my previous appointment and worked with me by having patience and compassion towards my issues (dry eyes causing my eyes to water excessively) While unfortunately the cost of the glasses themselves are too high for myself at this time, I would 1000000% recommend them even if it’s just for your exam! Best eye doctor and eye testing center in Alberta. Been going since the 80s
Dr Randhawa is very professional and has helped me thru my concerns with my macula. She is scheduling regular visits to keep it in check. I have been going to sherwood park eye Center for 30+ years thru regular and emergency visits. Always welcome and always puts my mind at ease. Glass adjustments done promptly and they are not happy until you are.
I went in with an eye emergency and they were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment (I know this isn’t always a given and, while greatly appreciated is not the sole reason for my 5 star review). The care and attention of the entire team is what earned this rating. Reception was outstanding. They knew who I was as soon as I came in and were ready to help…and EVERYONE at the front was warm and friendly. This is so lacking in any health clinic these days.
