Thank you to Dr. Yip and all Staff, they provided excellent service when I needed eye surgery. They quickly discovered what was wrong and got me into a surgeon right away. Am very grateful to them.

Great experience! The doctor and staff are very knowledgeable. They are caring and compassionate people. I like the doctor tireless effort during the eye exam to ensure my 7 years old son first pair of glasses turn out right. The staff helping to sort out the glasses payment was extraordinary as well. My fiancé and I are new to the area and both went to Sherwood Parm Eye Centre for routine eye exam. The staff are all polite and super knowledgeable. My eye exam was fast & efficient. My first time there one of the gentlemen up front helped me pick out the perfect glasses. My second time there we didn't have to wait long before someone assisted us. Shout out to Issac for his amazing customer service and making sure I was happy with my new glasses before leaving. I love my new Tom Ford glasses !!
I visited for an eye exam because I was having vision problems. The front staff were efficient & polite. The optometrist was a bit clumsy & the exam was difficult. He seemed unsure of what he was doing & determined my eyes were misaligned, but was not able to fully explain why this would happen. He recommended expensive lenses & a follow up in six weeks.
