Carol has the customer service of a tetanus shot. I wouldn’t have her answer calls for an abandoned pet cemetery. Hard pass.

It was a descent place to work. Easy money. Fast pace. I worked here after Katrina. My coworkers were Lindsey Mccalister, Jenna Melancon and Robin Simpson. I took one of the ATSI calls and we received a good score. To the person that wrote the comment that I did not work there. I would appreciate if you would remove the statement that I did not work here. I google review all the time and have a good many of views for my reviews. I was seen by Dr. Rice who is an optometrist. He ignored me, was condescending, and honestly a horrible doctor. Followed me around trying to show my pictures of plants on his phone while I was trying to choose glasses. A complete waste of money. I have severe eye pain and he gave me eye lubricant and told me 'it was either going to get better or worse' and ushered me out.
