First month, i took the medicine & got the Lips shots weekly, I didn't work out, I did get the adkin meal bars, the chocolate chip kind... so delicious. When I went to get weighed I'd lost 12 lbs and lost 2 inches of my stomach. I'm happy, I can't wait for months to pass so I can loose my weight.. I need to loose 30lbs.
Down 24 lbs and surpassed my goal!! Love them, nothing else has ever worked for me :)
I have my appointment Saturday at 10:45 they were extremely and highly reccomended
