Had a 3pm virtual appointment. At 2:58 i was called by the receptionist and told that since she didnt see me in the que she took another client. At 3:30 she logs on. She ask my bmi tells me i dont qualify yet and appeared to rush my questions. I would suggest a questionnaire online to screen clients before taking their money. I wouldve been highly upset if i paid an in person fee to be told in 5 minutes i dont qualify yet come back. I wasnt given much insight on preparing to revisit.

Dr. Banks was never on time. She was very nice until I had a problem with fluid build up. There's no emergency on call number after hours. Even after I called the office that Monday, she didn't reply. When I did see her, she gave me her personal number. A doctors office should have emergency on call service if their doing surgery on people. She wanted to recharge me to lipo that bulge. I didn't feel comfortable anymore.
