Dr. Banks was never on time. She was very nice until I had a problem with fluid build up. There's no emergency on call number after hours. Even after I called the office that Monday, she didn't reply. When I did see her, she gave me her personal number. A doctors office should have emergency on call service if their doing surgery on people. She wanted to recharge me to lipo that bulge. I didn't feel comfortable anymore. Dr Nia Banks is a plastic surgeon Goddess ! She is absolutely amazing! I don't care how annoying I was or how many questions I had before and after surgery , she was always willing to answer them as well as bring me in for a visit to soothe my anxiety. Her bedside manner was absolutely amazing.
