If I could give Dr. Zaitlen and his receptionist team 0 stars I would. How do you book an appointment with one of your patients a months ago and decided to cancel the appointment the day of. To top it off, the replies he sends through messages are ignorant and extremely rude. Very poor service. Super unprofessional.
Very disappointed with this neurologist’s office. I was contacted nearly two years after my initial visit to discuss results — an unacceptable delay. When I had to cancel unexpectedly and asked if it could be virtual, I received an unprofessional and condescending response (attached). Rather than showing understanding, they questioned my responsibility and threatened to remove me from the clinic without knowing the reason for my cancellation. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
The most disrespectful doctors clinic I have ever experienced. Very rude front desk. No follow ups or bedside manner. Please do yourself a favour and google the doctors as they have been recently found neglectful in court.
I’ve been trying to get the follow up from both the specialists I saw here for over a year now. Left many messages and have gotten no response. They are irresponsible and should be closed down.
