Extremely disappointed with this company, I have a client who they made I am sure tens of thousands dollars on medical equipment and for no explanation they are refusing to obtain a replacement pail for the commode chair they provided. I spoke With supervisor Ramon Rodriguez and his reply was he didn t have to process order because he did not want to. In their defense parent had issues with their medical supply side and switched to another provider. However the DME side processed an order for a gait trainer after this change... read more
