Horrible experience. Rude staff, staff listening to music while taking vitals and not asking follow up questions and when you call them to ask questions, they cut you off without even checking who you are. Currently waiting on results for a pregnant woman and no sense of urgency or care. Pure trash.
This was the fist time I used Novant Health Urgent Care. The advanced appointment booking was very easy to use. Subsequent updates were timely. All staff was very attentative and willing to listen.
