Very rude to my wife and I during our visit. She waited over an hour to be seen. Did not want to answer any questions and was very unprofessional.
Dr. Trogen treated myself and my family for many years. He was kind, compassionate and everything a family doctor should be.
HORRIBLE!!! This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any doctor's office. Rebecca Haskill-Strowd MD is very arrogant. She has terrible bedside manor and will look down on you from the moment she walks into the room. There is another Doctor's Care on Irby St. and also several McLeod urgent care facilities around. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other ones to avoid having to deal with this woman. I have had several co-workers who have been also been mistreated by this woman.
