Steer clear of this place. I actually didn’t have a problem with the staff or doctor, but the problem is a service couldn’t be completed and I was supposed to be refunded my $125 fee. They said it was voided, which obviously doesn’t mean refunded because the payment posted the next day and it has now been 13 days with no refund and all the staff tells me is “it was voided.” I could care less if my chart/your computer says it was voided, the fact of the matter is it wasn’t refunded as it was supposed to be. I went to Doctors Care for a DOT Physical as a walk in.. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office, the atmosphere was very laid back, they coached me through the process and got me right in and out. The negative reviews of this place are very misleading, you should absolutely give this place a shot.

Waited over 10 while the worker was on the phone but they checked in the person infront of me even when they were on the phone
This place has seriously gone down hill! It's a shame. The level of unprofessionalism is disgusting. The receptionist is so rude!!
