This is one if not the worst place I have been trying to make an appointment. I don’t know if it’s because of the lack of personal but they never answer the phone, when they did it the person that could help me to make an appointment wasn’t never there or available, after 4 days to try to make an appointment they started to put my calls on hold. this place is so unprofessional went there for a physical exam my appointment was originally @ 11 waited 4 hours long to be seen when i went to the front desk to see what was going on, the receptionist said she misplaced my paperwork because she had to leave for an emergency they were so fast charging the $100 plus $600 for the physical the medical assistant was so unprofessional please if you dont like your job you should look for a different one i am never coming back to them...... its so upsetting that you pay that much m... read more
Took them 45 minutes to actively be checked in. We were the first patient of the day. She failed to put the information in and did not like being corrected. Waited another 15 minutes while listening to the reception that was training talk crap about people in the waiting room. The entire encounter was highly unprofessional. We left to go get help else where as I did not trust the care of my child with them. I understand being busy, I understand being new. But the incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
Do not go here if you need medical assistance or medication due to an illness involving insulin.
Not one person in the waiting room and an hour before they close yet they're not taking any patients as walk-ins at a walk-in clinic. Make it make sense!
