Mrs Caudill fitted me with hearing aids over a year ago. From the beginning she demonstrated total professionalism and quality of care while working with me. The results of my fitting would not have been better. I just returned (Sep 6, 2018) for a follow up check up and tune up. I received the same service - total professionalism. Nancy Caudill is very helpful and takes the time to explain things as she works. I always feel comfortable to ask hearing aid questions of her. She replies professionally and carefully explains everything I need to know about hearing aids. It enlightens my day to visit Nancy.
