I used 2 give them 5 stars as i have always found them kind, caring and professional. But i was upset last night after the dr promised to call me back at 10 pm, 4 hours after our first phone consult as my condition could b potentially serious and bcos of the current hospital situation i decided it was best to consult with this service first b4 attending the hospital.
