I used 2 give them 5 stars as i have always found them kind, caring and professional. But i was upset last night after the dr promised to call me back at 10 pm, 4 hours after our first phone consult as my condition could b potentially serious and bcos of the current hospital situation i decided it was best to consult with this service first b4 attending the hospital. I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND NEED TO SPEAK TO AN AFTER HOURS DOCTOR URGENTLY. THE PROCESS IS RIDICULOUSLY COMPLICATED AND DANGEROUS FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME. I JUST NEED TO SPEEK TO A DOCTOR??????????? WHY THE HELL HAS IT BECOME SO DIFFICULT????????? I WILL JUST HAVE TO DIE BECAUSE THERE IS NO HELP FOR ME.

I'm upset and hurt. I tried probably more than ten times tonight to book a telephone appointment. Something is wrong with this system. I kept getting cut off, never received a 5 digit code via sms, resend didn't work either. This was for my mum, she's elderly and normally bulk billed. This was so handy, as I have trouble transporting her around. I was after antibiotics for her. I have absolutely no faith in anybody anymore.
