I was alone in a foreign country . I am 68yrs old and fell hard due to some liquid left on the floor . Doctor came to my motel accomodation and checked me out for broken bones so. I could continue my travels. He was very thorough and I was able to continue my journey. This I am sure saved me some valuable time not having to be seen in a hospital system that seems to be broken . Should visit England again and need a doctor I know who to call. Very pleased.
They could not manage a simple appointment for an X ray in London. I had a work accident while travelling and this company could send me a doctor to the hotel the next day, but they could not manage to schedule a simple x-ray appointment in more that four days anywhere in London. Very disappointing. I came back to my home country and I got my appointment the very same day.

great response by the call handler. A doctor got back to me very swiftly. But I have since learned he jumped the gun in prescribing me three seeks of doxycycline for a tick bite. And that even had it been proven to be an infection doxycycline isn't the best antibiotic for the job.
