I emailed an inquiry for a repair after regular business hours. I had a response in 15 minutes. An incoming phone call in the morning to fix a mutually convenient time was then received. Ordering a part took several days; Brian (the owner) and his brother arrived on the appointed day. They I needed another small part, went back to their shop and reappeared shortly. A short time later my hard to reach, oversize outdoor shade was operational once more, and at a reasonable price. Will use again & highly recommend.
Outstanding service and reasonable rates
Absolutely the best at what they do. They showed genuine care and understanding towards my concerns when no other company would take the job. Their knowledge and expertise is outstanding. Even though my windows were very high up, they maintained a friendly and positive demeanor, even in this challenging situation. Both Brian & Greg went above & beyond my expectations. I wouldn’t hire anyone else for blinds & shutters.
Called Doctorblinds @ 11AM with a Hunter Douglas shade in need of repair and within an hour Brian was at my house and fixed the shade! Amazing customer service.
