They were supposed to come out between 9a-12p on a Monday, we didn't hear from them so around 10:50 we called and they said they would be there before 11:30 and we would be able to drive by noon. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. The next day we called and the said they TOOK US OFF, well we reschedule for today (Wednesday) THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Don't waste your time, because I'm mad that I wasted mine!
RUN LIKE HELL!!! My experience was similar to all the other that rated them poor. They were on time, but have a F&%# You attitude. They did not replace the molding correctly around the windshield and the support clips are showing. Mine is also a Honda, wondering if they left parts out of mine as well ???? I asked him to fix it. He said he would try but I may need new clips. He taped it all up so I could not see it till the next day; clips still showing. An employee told me "we don't want your business anyway" because I refused to give a credit card number. I made an appointment with Dr. Windshield to get my windshield replaced. After making the appointment I decided to call around to see if I could find it cheaper. I attempted to call other Dr. windshields in different areas hoping to get a faster appointment.
