I got a flat tire very near where Doctor Tires is located. I had lost my wheel key so AAA could not put the spare on. Doctor Tires was able to do it with efficiency and kindness. He saved the day for me!
This guy has an excuse for everything. Over charges on labor (200 for tire replacement) and chipped my rims. He just rattles off excuses like the dishonest little man he is. He’s a great example of why we can’t have nice things. Avoid at all costs. Wanted to update here. Went to Walmart tire repair and for one fifth the cost got a proper tire repair without getting my rims chipped. This is one of the most incompetent tire shops you can go to. They also didn’t give caps for my tires which Walmart gave for free.
I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. They diagnosed and fixed my tire issue quickly, and the work was top quality. On top of the exceptional service, their pricing was extremely fair and competitive. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire service. This is now my new tire shop stop in town! I’ll definitely be back!
