I own a property in Jefferson City and my insurance required my chimney be cleaned and creosote be removed from exterior. My tenant contact Doctor Sweep who arrived and she explained to them what my insurance was requiring. She claims she was told the chimneys would be cleaned, rust was located on the flue and would be removed and creosote cleaned from the exterior. (I have a wonderful tenant who has no reason to lie.) Very happy with this company! Extremely thorough on the chimney cleaning, and you couldn’t find friendly people if you tried! Thank you Dr.Sweep! And the lady that does the scheduling is a real peach on the phone.
Great guys to deal with. Honest and reliable. Cleaned out the chimneys, explained the damper function and did a beautiful job repairing the flashing.
