First, let me start off by saying whoever hired your team needs to become a recruiter! I’m so impressed by their knowledge, the way they were able to ease my nerves, educate me on the procedure and the outcome. I left there knowing exactly what was going on with me, which is helping me cope with it! Thank you for caring about your patients and for going the extra mile to take away my discomfort! Ps. My son saw Dr. Wunschel as he was having some irritative voiding symptoms. He had a cystoscopy done and was told he had a moderate stricture and was told he needed surgery. In his notes he claimed that he had two dilation procedures done when in fact he had two urethroplasty surgeries. We called his office and asked to be referred to a urethroplasty specialist, given his history of the complexity of his previous surgeries, but never heard from Dr. Wunschel again. Tried to convince my brother to do surgery without explaining fully any of the complexities or complications that could result from a major procedure. Claimed there was a stricture present when there was in fact no stricture. Would not return calls for weeks at a time, my brother was unable to seek employment out of fear of having to have surgery and being out of work for extended periods. The best urologist ever!!! I've been a patient of his for over 24 plus years. I can't explain the great bedside manner, as well as the care he has for us as patients.
