Very bad customer service. Called to schedule service and was told on the phone that I needed to wait multiple days to get the service scheduled. After waiting multiple days I called another local company and got the service immediately scheduled. With such customer service, I don’t know how they are still in business

I have received great service from David and James at Doctor Sprinkler. This is my second season using them, and my lawn has never looked better! The only problem with my lawn being so healthy, is that we have to keep up with mowing! (Mostly dead grass, though not pretty, can go longer between mows!) I read some of the negative reviews and wonder if the review is actually using same people. I have never had trouble contacting them or have had scheduling trouble. ALERT: If I could I would give this no stars! Terrible customer service... No one answers any of the phone numbers they provide, No one returns messages, the owner Dave has a full voicemail box so you cant leave messages, they show up late, they show up outside of discussed scheduled times, they seemingly just show up whenever they feel like it, and they fail to follow simple instruction and requests, after asking them to let someone know when they're coming for a variety of reasons and that's apparently as difficult as answ... read more
