Cannot rank this company and Diana highly enough! Diana got back to us on a Sunday evening via text and helped us figure out that we actually did not currently need DoctorSniffs and that the bugs we found on a trap were not BedBugs. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sniff. As a new mom, postpartum anxiety is very real—especially when you notice something strange, like bug activity near your newborn’s bassinet. To make matters worse, my husband was away on military duty. When we came back from a hotel and my wife had very suspicious bites, they offered helpful advice, suggesting 100% sure ways to treat our bags and clothes without them needing to do any inspection or charge us a dollar! Very responsive and kind. Hope not to need Doctor Sniff’s services in our own home, but they’re definitely who we would call now.
