I called this office to schedule a follow-up visit after a car accident. Before asking about my condition or expressing any concern, the first response I received was, “We don’t fill out paperwork, and we don’t get involved,” which I was told was their protocol. I explained that I was simply requesting a medical follow-up and provided my health-insurance information. I was not asking the office to handle a claim or lawsuit. Appointment was created back in March and sugarloaf medical canceled it week before my appointment without giving any reason and asking for reschedule. Find a better facility where your appointments granted promptly.
