I assume that Doctor Prius is no longer in business. I have left a few messages but have not heard back. I'm so disappointed!
Todd is AMAZING! He has installed 2 batteries in my 2006 Prius. First one was a one year hybrid, lasted 3 years. Second was a lifetime battery and it again ran like a beast. 300,000 miles and still going. Thank you Todd, you’ve been a God send. -Kim
Rebuilt my 2007 hybrid battery for an unbeatable price. I had 6 bad cells. Clear expectations and communications through the entire process. They removed my battery from the car at my house, and returned several days later to install the repaired/ balanced battery. It is not my primary vehicle so having a loaner was not necessary for me (although a great option if its your only car). Excellent service from knowledgeable mechanics. They repaired my HV battery as well as the combination meter for a fantastic price as well as pointing out additional self maintenance tips for my Prius. I don't regularly write reviews--but if you're looking for someone to work on your hybrid, these people are great!
