I don't recommend this pool company. Although the tech that came out weekly is amazing - the company itself is not. They are unresponsive and tried to force us to have them clean the filters. We told them we can clean our own filters and they said it is their policy that they have to clean them (and get paid $200) if they are maintaining the pool weekly. This house is our vacation home and we only frequent it about every 3 - 4 weeks so we need a pool service to come out weekly and add chemicals and clean it. We are capable o... read more

I’ve been with Dr Pool since Dec 2020 I have nothing but good reviews my current pool guy is Eric he has been amazingly awesome! No complaints here! Kid friendly. Very professional explains what’s going on and if I have any questions I can email and they respond very quickly. I highly recommend to everyone!!!! My pool is always clean and blue..

I do not recommend this company. Our pool guy shows up every other week if we're lucky and we keep on them for not providing our weekly service. I am home all day, every day, so I know he does not show up when he should. We also have security cameras around our house to prove this. We have a log for him to sign, and he will sign it for the last 2 weeks on the same day to make it look as if he was here.
