I had Dr.Pool do an acid wash because I had black algae and they knew I had it. All they did was hose down my pool filter and acid wash the pool surface not cleaning the PVC piping at all I also asked him why the pool vacuum and hoses weren’t acid and was told that the black algae wouldn’t stick to those surfaces. Charge you for parts you don't need. Tell you about leaks that aren't there and tell something will need to be replaced. Poor business practices
