I came here prior to my diastasis recti repair surgery to try to strengthen my muscles as much as possible. Even though I couldn’t close the gap without surgery due to a hernia PT made a huge difference. I’ve been doing post OP PT here as well and it’s been a huge help in regaining muscle strength. I highly recommend this office for anyone struggling with any pregnancy and postpartum issues. I honestly wish I knew about this office when I was pregnant and would have come here then as well!
I came to see Mandi after experiencing a birth injury (shoulder dystocia) that severely impacted my pubic symphysis. I am very thankful for Mandy Porter’s helpful suggestions on how to handle my pelvic floor situation. She always had a smile for me and gave me printout papers on exercises to do at home til our next appt. Always worked patiently with me to correct the way I wasn’t breathing properly for some exercises. I will miss her. I’m glad I had the opportunity to work with Mandy. She is very knowledgeable about her profession.
I would recommend patients to use this facility for their female problems. I was assisted by Marla Hinkle and Dr. Mandi Porter to reach my goal. I am very pleased with the results.
Marla, Physical Therapist and the ladies at the front desk were all warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease. Marla is an excellent therapist who knows her stuff and is always ready to answer any questions and provide encouragement. I highly recommend Doctor of Women's Health Physical Therapy!
