I recently had our Yamaha upright piano tuned by Mark of Dr. Octave’s Services. I booked the Tier 2 service because the piano has not been tuned for over 5-8 years. He worked on the piano for about 3 hours, meticulously adjusting every detail of the piano parts and tuned every key to perfection. Super friendly and knowledgeable, it was great to watch Mark work on our piano and he was very patient with answering my many questions about piano tuning haha. Very happy and satisfied with how it plays and sounds. Would highly recommend :)
