I asked dispatch what the techs would charge and they told me $29.99. The techs where great but I also had to pay $30.00 per hour labor fee that was not disclosed when I asked dispatch. I called dispatch to complain and the women got nasty right away and said do you think the techs should come to my house for 29.99. I said no but for what you charge for rekey they should get paid out of that. beware of this company they do not disclose labor charges. And again the techs where very nice

Not a competitor. Inept “locksmith” named Dan, programmed a cheap Chinese aftermarket key fob and charged $300 for it. Another tech came out to make sure that it was faulty, and relayed the information to Dan. Dan refuses to come out and fix it. He changed the security pin when programming the new fob, so now the old key fob won’t work either. “Dan” writes like a 5 year old, so we can’t even file a roadside claim because the service ticket isn’t legible.
