As a resident of Aurora Apartment Homes I'm disappointed with how this business does snow removal for our complex. All this winter when the technicians come to clear the snow from the sidewalks they don't do all the sidewalks! They only clear the snow away from one entrance. Each building has 2 entrances! The technicians only clear the snow to the entrance to the parking lot in. They always ignore the entrances on the street side or the second entrance.
