Dr. Koya is the absolute best doctor I see! She also sees my husband and she goes above and beyond to help her patients! Her office staff is AWESOME as well! Every call gets returned IF you have to leave a message for some reason. We feel blessed to have found such a genuine physician that actually cares about our wellbeing. We refer all our family & friends to her!
I'm very disappointed with the service this provider rendered to my mother. Her lack of compassion and her coldness was very apparent within the only and first 30 seconds of interaction during my mother's 4 day hospital stay. Regardless, we decided to follow up with the provider after hospital discharge. After waiting for more than 1 hour and filling out extensive medical history paperwork, which we didn't mind as this is normal at almost every doctor visit, we were taken back into revision.
