After seeing dr Koya she put me on medication that helped after a couple months the medication quite working. I started having more issues and called for an appointment. I was told they did not have anything for months out and that Dr Koya really does not come into the office during the week. I asked if I could see anyone else in her office and was told her pa does not take my insurance. If you do not go to your office for the majority of the week why have a practice.

I'm very disappointed with the service this provider rendered to my mother. Her lack of compassion and her coldness was very apparent within the only and first 30 seconds of interaction during my mother's 4 day hospital stay. Regardless, we decided to follow up with the provider after hospital discharge. After waiting for more than 1 hour and filling out extensive medical history paperwork, which we didn't mind as this is normal at almost every doctor visit, we were taken back into revision. I am a new patient and didn’t see Dr. Koya for my first appointment. I’m in severe pain and have been dismissed by other doctors, and I was hoping Dr. Koya would be different. She was not. I was told she would not be investigating any further (even though she hasn’t seen me in person) and to just take laxatives and fiber supplements. My issue is not my IBS! Very disappointed. Edit: Officially diagnosed with with a rare disease and getting treatment! Thank you Dr. Patel for helping

I really Love Dr. Koya’s office. They are very thorough in the care provided.
