I had a rash that kept getting worse and had to be seen on Christmas day. I was visiting from out of state and was seen by Dr. Randy Klein. Turns out I had shingles. This doctor was excellent. Was very informative and got me on medications right away. Would highly recommend this doctor and this establishment.
If I could give this place 6 stars I would. They have been my primary since 1995. I am now 42 and healthy as a horse.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. I called ahead to make sure they took my insurance. When I got there they didn’t. My daughter had an ear infection. There was one person in the waiting room ahead of us. Took 1.5 hours to be seen. Diagnosed with an ear infection and sent antibiotics to the local pharmacy. A few days later she still had a fever and complaining of ear pain in the opposite ear. Brought her to our pediatrician and the urgent care misdosed her antibiotic.
